Plenary #3 - Part 2

The last speaker is the co-chair of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, William H. Gates, Sr. He is of course, Bill Gates' Father. Their foundation is huge and supports many programs including Polio and AIDS eradication. RI is presenting Mr. Gates with an award for his work fighting Polio. Mr. Gates is a very good speaker and is an honorary member of a Washington State Rotary Club.
